You should submit this form no earlier than 2 months prior to the expiration of your certification status. If you are unsure of your expiration date or membership status, please contact us at 512-451-5200 to verify prior to submitting this form. Please allow 3-5 weeks for processing once application has been submitted.

NEW Online Certification Renewal Forms

You can now renew your certification online.You will be asked to upload a copy of your license as well as the certificate(s) of completion of the required EMDRIA Credit hours. Your information must be in Adobe PDF or Word format.
